摘要: 制造企业高水平服务化是避开同质化竞争并提高消费者满意度的重要举措选择。但到底哪些因素能够有效驱动
制造企业实现高水平服务化的问题尚未达成共识。研究从制造企业高水平服务化是一项战略选择的视角,基于决策过
程中企业对内外条件进行权衡的参照框架,首先构造出制造企业服务化水平的测量指标,通过文献梳理并基于重要性
原则选取影响制造企业高水平服务化的内部因素和外部条件,利用 CSMAR 数据库中 2018 年我国 592 家上市制造企业
的服务化相关数据,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis,fsQCA)方法,对影响制造企业
高水平服务化的前因条件进行组态分析。发现:高水平服务化是制造企业基于对外部行业机会及威胁与内部资源及能
力的综合评估与权衡匹配后的一种主动选择;无论是受到行业发展机会牵引,还是受到行业内竞争压力的推动,吸收能
力与人力资源柔性共在的(动态)能力组态存在是制造企业高水平服务化的内在条件中的共有基础;竞争压力推动下,
制造企业高水平服务化的内在条件组态中,“市场经验”与“冗余资源”间具有替代作用;高水平与非高水平服务化的前
因条件组态间呈现出非对称性特征。最后,对研究的理论贡献、实践启示、研究局限及未来研究进行了讨论与评价。
