摘要: 以2011—2018年中国创业板民营上市公司为样本,实证分析数字普惠金融对民营创业企业绩效的影响,并考察创 新持续性对二者关系的中介作用和高管团队断裂带的调节效应。结果发现,数字普惠金融对提升民营创业企业绩效具 有显著的促进作用,创新持续性对二者之间的关系具有显著的中介作用。同时,高管团队任务相关断裂带和社会分类 断裂带正向调节了数字普惠金融对民营创业企业绩效、以及创新持续性对民营创业企业绩效的影响。具体而言,高管 团队任务相关断裂带和社会分类断裂带水平越高,数字普惠金融对民营创业企业绩效的促进作用、以及创新持续性对 民营创业企业绩效的促进作用越强。进一步研究发现,创新持续性的中介作用和高管团队断裂带的调节效应在制造业 民营创业企业和规模较小民营创业企业中更为显著。基于研究结论,进一步从数字普惠金融、持续开展创新活动以及 高管团队断裂带优化方面提出提升民营创业企业绩效的实践建议。
